ServiceProg app built for Tradesmen and Technicians can be used for many home and office services, repairs including TV repair; Air Conditioning; Appliances; Electrical; Handyman Services; Heating air conditioning; IT & Computers; Plumbing. Has fields for model number and serial numbers for warranty claims. Also has a super feature! You can enter a model number and show a list of parts you have used in the past for that specific model. In the parts inventory you can invent your own part number and reference it to the manufactures number also substitution part numbers if you find something that is lower cost but will display factory part number on invoice.
You have access to prior customer service calls so you can append a new service call with the same equipment or new equipment.
This program does commercial or residential scheduling, service calls and invoices. The commercial screens have entries for many addresses, tenants, equipment. The inventory system is simple, easy and excellent.
The invoice will default total bill to the estimate entered. The tax rate is placed in the profile screen and will compute tax for you and place on invoice. I work in the appliance repair industry so am most familiar with that area any questions please contact me.
